Most orders leave our Nashville workshop within 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-9 business days depending on your location. You'll get tracking info by email as soon as your piece ships.

If something isn't right, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll work out a return or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging whenever possible.

We accept all major credit cards along with common digital wallets at checkout. Payment is processed securely, and you'll receive a confirmation email right after your order is placed.

Send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. We pack every piece carefully, but we know shipping can be rough sometimes.
